FLOOR SAWING
Floor sawing is quick and efficient method and is commonly used for cutting flat surfaces such as roads, floor slabs, pavements, bridges and demolition/separation cuts. Floor saws can cut up to 500mm deep and are powered by petrol, diesel or electric.
The floor saws are self propelled and the operator walks behind the saw carrying out the depth, speed and direction controls. Petrol/diesel saws are predominantly used for external or well ventilated areas and the electric saws are used in internal or non ventilated areas.
